From Our Roots We Rise
A little yellow flower,
Miles of stretching roots,
A thin and narrow river,
Eternities of overlapping ripples.
A little child,
Their heart is a web,
Connected to all,
A nest of tangled roots.
From our roots we rise,
The roots of mother earth,
Of our home,
For each other.
