Common Great (a Seattle-based, woman-owned consulting collective for nonprofits) seeks a full-time Project & Operations Associate to support our strategy consultants on client projects and internal operations. This role will augment and amplify our strengths and expertise by carrying out key administrative and project support tasks, and helping implement the communications, marketing, or fundraising strategy designed by our strategy consultants alongside clients.
In addition to non-arts clients, our team has worked with well-known arts & culture nonprofits in Puget Sound, including On the Boards, SIFF, Northwest Film Forum, Seattle Rep, Kirkland Performance Center, TeenTix, HistoryLink, The Rhapsody Project, The Residency Seattle, Gage Academy of Art, The Frye Art Museum, Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, Museum of Northwest Art, and more.
This is an early-career generalist role for someone with a few years of experience in the nonprofit sector. It will be a great fit for someone who ultimately sees themselves pursuing a career in nonprofit communications, development, or leadership – and wants to learn from seasoned experts by integrating yourself into their work on the ground across multiple contexts and mission spaces.
