Grant Workshop: Preservation Special Projects

This special session will feature a panel discussion with previous Preservation Special Projects recipients, followed by a King County Quarterly Regional Preservation Training Workshop co-sponsored by 4Culture, Historic Seattle, and King County Historic Preservation Program. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to strengthen your application!
12:00–1:00 pm: panelists will cover a range of topics such as project planning, and share tips based on their experience applying. Presentations by:
- Emily P. Lawsin, 4Culture, Historic Preservation Program Manager
- Eugenia Woo, Historic Seattle, Director of Preservation Services
- Maria Batayola, Filipino American National Historical Society, National Treasurer, Projects grant recipient for Documenting Filipino American Resources in the Chinatown-International District
- Lisa Hasselman, Projects grant recipient for Fujioka Family Farm Landmark Nomination
1:00–2:00 pm: Quarterly Regional Preservation Training with Sarah Steen, King County Historic Preservation Program, Landmarks Coordinator
