4Culture produces award-winning programs for cable broadcast with our partners, King County TV (KCTV) and Seattle Community Access Network (SCAN). These programs tell the stories that highlight the depth and vitality of arts and heritage throughout King County.

4CTV's program DBR and the Mission won a Silver Telly, the top honor of the 28th Annual competition. With a record 14,362 entries from all 50 states and around the world, this year was the most competitive in the long history of the Telly Awards. Less than 10% of entries are chosen as winners of a Silver Telly.

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs. A panel of over 40 accomplished industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly, judged the competition, upholding the historical standard of excellence that Telly represents.
